Adults and Older Adults

It’s imperative for everyone to maintain a sense of self, worth, role and purpose. Those living with dementia experience deterioration in memory, thinking and behaviour which can contribute to a loss or lack of engagement, participation and independence in everyday life.

Identifying interests, abilities and needs for ourselves or our loved ones experiencing these changes, is not always possible and can lead to isolation and disconnect to our communities and families.

Our teams skill set includes a person centered approach to help identify what those barriers have become and help to create new paths of engagement and interest, all to encourage an active life through our 1:1 services and support, while restoring a sense of self and worth and offer respite where needed.

We support adults and older adults who have memory impairmentmental health and disabilities.
