They possess a unique and skilled ability to develop, implement and evaluate innovative therapeutic programs that respond to assessed needs and interests of our clients. Our team is able to identify the changing needs of our clients. Through ongoing progress documentation they are able to reduce or adjust specific symptoms or enhance specific functioning skills. They must possess the skills, expertise and experience coupled with a successful completion of an Activation diploma or degree with a Gerontology focus and/or Neurological disorders. We are dedicated to ensuring that each client’s needs’ will be harmonized with that of our skilled team member and will be delivered in the comfort of their own home (wherever home may be). This will ensure an unprecedented relationship of friendship, trust, familiarity and continuity. Recreational Respite will offer our services in a non-medical model promoting ‘health at home’ options in a one to one environment. Recreational Respite strives to play a key role when working with our client, their family members and others significant to the improvement of their health condition.
