Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act

On January 1, 2012, all non profits will join the ranks of the private and public sectors and be expected to comply with the Customer Service Standard component of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Those who form policy for your organization must be familiar with AODA requirements.
